1. Service Usage

By placing an order, you confirm that all information, artwork, and instructions provided are accurate. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect details shared by the customer.

2. Artwork & Design Files

• Customers must provide high-quality, print-ready artwork.

• If design corrections or modifications are required, additional charges may apply.

• We are not liable for print issues caused due to low-resolution or incorrect files submitted by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are subject to the type of printing, quantity, material, and finishing requested.

• Payment terms will be informed at the time of confirming the order.

• Work begins only after payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Order Process & Approval

• Once the final artwork is approved by the customer, no further changes can be made.

• Kirti Printing Press will not be responsible for mistakes found after approval.

5. Delivery & Timeline

• Delivery time varies depending on order size and printing type.

• While we try our best to meet deadlines, delays due to technical issues, material shortage, courier delays, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.

• Courier delivery charges may apply.

6. Quality & Color Disclaimer

Printing colors may slightly vary depending on machine calibration, paper material, and screen display differences. Minor variations are industry-standard and not considered defects.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Printed materials cannot be returned or refunded once printed unless there is a major printing defect proven to be from our side.

• Order cancellations are not allowed after printing work has started.

• In case of genuine issues, our team will assist with possible solutions.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that:

• Provided content does not violate copyright laws.

• All spellings, colors, and design elements are checked before approval.

• No illegal or prohibited content is submitted for printing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kirti Printing Press is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier partners

• Loss of data due to technical failures

• Damages caused after delivery
  Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

10. Copyright

All designs and files provided by the customer remain their property. We do not claim any ownership.

11. Governing Law

All terms and disputes are governed under the laws of India.
